The Art Of Feeling Good?

What does it mean to feel good?

Feeling good is more than just being happy. It is that feeling you get deep inside when you feel truly satisfied and fulfilled.

To be fulfilled, you must be moving forward, making progress, and trust that your life has meaning.

However, many of us feel stuck. Despite our best intentions, many of us feel as if an invisible force is holding us back from achieving what we want.

In fact, this is absolutely true.

This is because many people are actually held back by their own beliefs—by the invisible force inside their minds that makes nearly all their decisions. Beliefs are the lens through which we view the world, and they shape all the choices that we make whether we are aware of them or not.

They are the narratives, the stories, the hand-me-downs we have inherited from parents, family, religion, culture, and teachers, all of which dictate our decisions and stop us from moving forward—and even sabotage our efforts.

In fact, we all have a set of beliefs that shape our lives. We all have negative and limited stories that we have made part of our identity.

These beliefs affect what we think about ourselves, others, and the world around us. They also affect our emotions, feelings, and actions.

The good news is you can become aware of your limited stories and beliefs. You can learn to disrupt, dismantle, and change them for the better.

However, it will require you to make a decision to act and break free from your limited beliefs and live the life you want and deserve.
