We all have our own favourite movie and storyline which we repeat constantly “I’m not good enough”, “life is unfair” “I’m a failure” “I don’t deserve” just to name a few.

These stories become our life script quietly playing re-runs of the same story and keeping us stuck.

We need to break free and rid ourselves of these stories by identifying, challenging and replacing them so that we can live and become all we were meant to be.

2 – Disrupt the Story

Questions and challenge the truth and authenticity of your limited stories.

3 – Establish a New Story

Choose a new narrative and replace the lens you wish to see yourself and the world through.

4 – Take Action

Draw your new narrative to replace the pictures of your mind and strengthen your new story and belief.

 5 – Stand Firm

Believe in yourself. Journal and share your insights as you more forward in your new truth.
