Break Free from Negative Beliefs

Beliefs are the lens through which you view the world. They are the invisible force that dictates your thinking, feelings, and actions.

They are the stories and experiences you have been told and had which you have made part of your identity.

For beliefs are created when you are young. They are ingrained in your mind from your parents and other influential adults. They form strong patterns in your mind, and consequently, you move through your whole life creating experiences to reinforce them.

However, beliefs are not facts. Just because you have a strong belief and view about something does not make it true.

Further, just because you have had a belief your whole life does not mean you have to have it for the rest of your life.

For beliefs are just a lens, your perception, and they can be changed. For if you change your perspective, you will change your narrative, your thinking, and your feelings.
