1 – Storytelling Meditation
To seek and find the negative narratives and pictures of your mind that you have adopted.
Stories are like movies, played out on the screens of our mind, over and over.
We all have our own favourite movie and storyline which we repeat constantly “I’m not good enough”, “life is unfair” “I’m a failure” “I don’t deserve” just to name a few.
These stories become our life script quietly playing re-runs of the same story and keeping us stuck.
We need to break free and rid ourselves of these stories by identifying, challenging and replacing them so that we can live and become all we were meant to be.
